I used to have my reports written in-house using the old and tried technique of Word templates in our two-clinic practice. The number of mistakes and inconsistencies in our reports made us realize that this was not the right way to do business with our attorneys and with the insurance adjusters.

My major problem was that I was paying a transcriptionist for a report, and I had to sometimes wait for up to ten days to get it. Oftentimes it had mistakes that I had to correct, and my attorneys were not happy with the overall quality of the reports I sent to them.
The first report that I made using RAPID EMR, I recieved a call from one of my attorneys to tell me how impressed he was with the report. I was thrilled – my investment paid off immediately! Also, I can now bill the insurance on the day of the patient's visit.

As a newcomer to the personal injury business, I opened my clinic about a year ago. I did not know how to write good reports, so I hired a company to do that for me. I met Cesar Barragan a couple years ago, when he was offering his consulting services to medical clinics here in Tampa. He was recommended to me by one of our doctors. We contracted him to create a custom report generating software solution for our business, which was his specialty. We used the software on a daily basis for over eight months, and were very satisfied with it.
When he came to us with RAPID EMR two months ago, we were skeptical, because we did not think anything could be better than the software we had him make for us.
